Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Our return policy allows for a period of 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Steps

Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer three options for refunds: store credit, exchange, or a full refund (applicable only if the item is returned and received by us in its original condition).

Return Shipping:

If you purchased the product through our eCommerce site, please send it back to the return address listed on the original shipping label. We will cover the shipping cost to return the item to our location.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please provide the following information: -A copy of your purchase receipt -The credit card used for the purchase -First and Last name of the order

Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged by the customer, such as ripped or stained items. Items such as stickers that have been removed from their adhesive backing are also not eligible for return.
